Very cosy little pub. Lovely food and drinks. Need to book if you are having evening meal but we'll worth it.

Had a good cooked lunch next to the log fire and then a constitutional walk down to the river. Great!

Little gem so close to the A30 that it makes a great alternative as a journey break. Outdoor area had wonderful views and sheep and ponies wandering by.

One of the best pubs in Devon. Amazing situation a few minutes from the A30 but step out almost straight out onto footpaths to the moor. Food excellent and great value. Really friendly owners.
