My contract phone was up for renewal back on the 10th of April and went into the shop and had to pay a early fee of 45.69 but a few days later got print out from my bank and it showed that they took the money twice and now i can't get a refund as they are saying I've got to to EE and get my back back they are saying I've got to back gomobil but there head office has said my refund is to do with EE but after 3 calls to them and being told to go back to gomobil and now they don't answer the phone as they know who is calling them so looks like won't get my refund back from gomobil so if you can call that customer service well done, I won't be coming back to you ever again so to anybody else who reads this don't go through gomobil phone shop at all for anything.
