Very helpful and friendly. Bought a bike for my daughter from here; the service was excellent and she is thrilled with her bike. Great little stop for a drink and snack on the Granite Way as well. Highly recommended.
Very friendly and helpful service - we rented two mountain bikes and they helped us get set up properly along with advice, helmets, lock, directions and a map. Bikes clean and well maintained, seemed very new. Location perfect for granite trail/off road/family friendly; more advanced routes possible I'm sure. Weren't sure how long we'd be so they offered to charge for 4 hours and settle the difference on our return. You need to deposit photo id, which is fair enough.
